The Men's Club of East Brunswick Jewish Center is pleased to host a free Zoom discussion on "The Importance of Creating Good Citizens in a Democratic Republic. This is a critically important topic to hear just before Election Day, the Club says.
This discussion will be presented and run by Alan Brodman, who for many years taught at East Brunswick High School. Alan is a fascinating and inspiring person, who worked with children for many years to make them better citizens. He has an unprecedented streak of State Championships/National Finals for the Institute for Political and Legal Education’s “We the People” competition. He frequently led East Brunswick teams to the New Jersey Championship, and his teams won the National Championships in 1998, 2004, 2005 and 2006 (a threepeat). In addition he was also extremely well respected as the Director of the East Brunswick HS Model UN program.
Please join the discussion at 8:30 PM on October 22. Admission is free and open to all ages. But, advanced registration is required at https://www.ebjc.org/better-citizens.html.
