Anaheim, California - The Anaheim City Council awarded a certificate of recognition to the Lighthouse Treatment Center for being named by Newsweek Magazine as one of America’s Best Addiction Treatment Centers. The Lighthouse, which made it to the Top 15, is the only addiction treatment center in Anaheim included in the Newsweek 2020 ranking that was based on the quality of service, reputation, and accreditation.
Lighthouse Executive Director Chuck Richardson, Clinical Director Dr. Preet Joneja, and Marketing Director Ted Bryans graciously accepted the Anaheim City Council recognition on September 11, 2020.
“Being named by Newsweek Magazine as one of the nation’s top addiction treatment centers is a monumental achievement, not only for the Lighthouse but also for the people of Anaheim. We are honored to represent our city and this recognition by the Anaheim City Council adds inspiration for us to continue helping the community by providing high-quality treatment care to those who need it,” said Richardson.
Denise Barnes, a member of the Anaheim City Council, presented the certificate to the Lighthouse on behalf of the residents of Anaheim. Barnes said that the recognition is to acknowledge the amazing achievement of the Lighthouse and to also to spread awareness that there are high-quality treatment centers such as the Lighthouse Treatment Center that are available in Anaheim.
“I want everyone to know that these centers are here for you in Anaheim. Make sure that if you know people who need this kind of help in Anaheim, please get in touch with the Lighthouse Treatment Center, this is our golden jewel here in Anaheim,” said Barnes.
